But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.
We see from this scripture that emphasis is placed on three things:
- Looking into (or studying) the Perfect Law of Liberty; which is the Word of God
- Continuing in the Word
- Doing what God’s Word says and not only hearing
