Don’t Give Up

When things go awry and you know, as well as everyone, that hope is gone,

Jesus says, “don’t you ever be afraid, but only believe!”

Though the situation is dead and everyone mourns the loss,

listen to the voice of the Master saying,

“it’s not the end, it’s just a bend!”

Though everyone has given up and hope is laughed to scorn, yet the situation will live again, only if Jesus is given a chance and a free hand

“Talitha cumi”, He says

Only you believe and not be afraid

For with Jesus’ touch and at His Word

The situation will live yet once more.
